Are you new to the hobby or just interested in model trains? Maybe you would like to have a home layout but don't know how to get started. Or possibly you have some old trains in your attic that you would like to run for your children or grandchildren. If you are a business owner, maybe you would like to have a model train display for the holidays. Whatever you interest or situation is, the Delaware Seaside Railroad Club can help.
We regularly construct basic model train layouts for sale on speculation, but we can also fabricate a custom designed one for you. Just about any size and complexity of model train layout can be built for you. While HO and O-gauge layouts are the most popular, we can build layouts in any size gauge rom N to G. Many of our Club Members are Master Modelers and have outstanding skills for track planning, design, buildings, and scenery. The finished product can be as basic or elaborate as you wish. Sometimes we expand a small layout that you already have or build one from scratch from the train collection, accessories and buildings that you already have.
Shown below is a photo gallery of some of the recent layouts that we have constructed to get some ideas. Smaller layouts are built at our Clubhouse and delivered to you as a single platform, while larger ones can be constructed in modules for assembly on site. The cost to construct these layouts is is very economical because we are volunteers and utilize vintage rolling stock from our inventory. Revenue generated supports or Club's operations and community outreach programs
